The mounting brackets feature a secure locking mechanism and can attach to your 1984-2017 Harley Davidson Softail Heritage Classic and 2006-2017 Softail Deluxe with turn signals in the stock locations. Use of larger bags on 1984-2017 Softails with turn signals on the fender will require the turn signals to be relocated and on certain models, the exhaust may need to be lowered.

Harley Softails that want to keep the turnsignals in the stock locations, and run smaller bags (no longer than 15" long) may use the other Quick-Mount Softail bracket that uses the front 2 holes. For the 1984-2005 Softails use the HDSO841 Quick-Mounts and for the 2006-2017 Softails use the HDSO06 Quick-Mounts. Saddlebags must have a hard flat back and Quick-Mounts do not work on Harley-Davidson OEM saddlebags.

The Quick Mounts kit includes both left and right side brackets with locks and all the hardware that is needed to attach the Quick Mounts to the saddlebags and motorcycle with only basic tools.
